Data deletion
How to remove the Wren app's access to an account you connected, and have what it read deleted. Last updated October 9, 2026.
Remove access
In Wren, go to Account, then Social (or Mail for a mailbox), and press Disconnect next to the account. The access token is deleted right away and the app stops reading the account.
You can also do it from the platform's side:
- Facebook: Settings, then Business integrations. Remove Wren.
- Instagram: Settings, then Apps and websites. Remove Wren.
- Google (YouTube, Business Profile, Gmail): security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Remove Wren.
- Microsoft 365: your admin removes Wren mail under Enterprise applications in Microsoft Entra.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security, then Apps and services. Remove Wren.
- LinkedIn: Settings, then Data privacy, then Permitted services. Remove Wren.
- X: Settings, then Security and account access, then Apps and sessions. Revoke Wren.
Delete what the app read
Email william@wrenautomation.com from the address on your Wren login or on the connected account, and say which account. Within 30 days I delete everything the app read from it (posts, their numbers, comments, messages, reviews, email summaries) along with the connection, and I email you when it's done. Records a business has to keep by law, like invoices, stay only as long as the law requires.
The rest of what Wren Automation collects is on the privacy page.
